Custom cards show a user generated combination of channels from different groups and / or instruments.
To create Custom Groups you must enable custom groups settings.
- Go to Settings > Global Settings.
- In the Custom Groups Settings, tick the Enable Custom Groups Feature option.
- Click on Save Custom Groups Settings. You can now create custom groups in the Groups and Batches.

- Go to Groups and Batches.
- Click on Custom > Add new custom group.
- Give the custom group a meaningful name.
The Create custom group button does not become available until a name has been entered.Note: You can edit the point properties only after the custom group is created.
- In Available channels click in the tick boxes to select the required channel(s).
Selected Channels are shown in Selected ChannelsNote: Use the Quick search... to narrow the list of channels.
- In the Selected channels list:
- Select the required Message types to show.
- Click on Create. Depending on the Start date/time, End date/time, and the search filter, the new custom group is displayed in the custom group page and has all the options similar to a Group Card.
Note: If the new custom group contains data from more than one source group, then the Annotations, Automatic Print at end of batch, and Print History options are disabled.
